Happy Birthday Mom

Happy Birthday Mom!!
Mom, Chandler, Britton, Clay, Dalton and Kayla

While we were on vacation Mom turned 70!! She said she was wondering how she got to be that old, and I told her that she better not worry about it. If she lives to be the same age as my Uncle Paul, she has got 28 years to go!!! We held a surprise open house for her with all of her friends and family invited. We had a great time despite a downpour right in the middle which turned our back yard party into an indoor party, but with 100 or so friends and family mingling no one even noticed. It was a great day, and we were so happy we could be there.

    Well...happy 70th to Mom! That is really neat you were there to celebrate with her. The party sounds like fun too...no matter what the weather decided to do.
